DESCRIPTION:Guided by the Hope for the World: 2025 strategic plan\, the mas
 ter plan was a data driven process that engaged a broad array of Hope cons
 tituents and community members. Care was taken to prepare a plan that leve
 rages our existing strengths\, responds to identified needs\, and compleme
 nts our surrounding community. The process was facilitated by a committee 
 of trustees\, staff\, faculty\, and students who analyzed space and space 
 utilization data\, as well as input from several stakeholders to identify 
 needs and develop a framework by which future space related decisions can 
 be made (Goals & Objectives\, Planning Principles and Campus Frameworks we
 re approved by the Board of Trustees in May 2017).\n\nThe campus community
  is invited to learn more about the Master Plan at one of two upcoming pre
 sentations. There will be a brief presentation followed by time to view va
 rious plans and exhibits.  \n\nAdditionally\, the full plan\, highlights\,
  and exhibits are available on this Master Plan website.\n\nWe'd like to t
 hank the entire Hope Community and especially the steering committee membe
 rs for the time and input given to this process.
