Take a break from exam prep and unwind with an hour of gentle, candlelight yoga in the quiet comfort of the library. This free, guided session is designed to help you slow down, stretch, and reset -- a peaceful pause to support your exam readiness. Bring a yoga mat if you have one or we'll have some extras on hand. A small pillow and blanket are recommended for maximum comfort. Co-sponsored by the Van Wylen Library and the Hope Yoga Club.
