The De Pree Art Center and Gallery at Hope College will close its fall season with two exhibitions running Monday, Nov. 22, through Thursday, Dec. 9: the “Juried Student Show” and “Constructed Mysteries: Spirituality and Creative Practice.”
The public is invited. Admission is free.
“Constructed Mysteries” is curated by Kenneth Steinbach and Michelle Westmark Wingard, and includes work from 10 artists examining prescient issues from a perspective of faith. Steinbach is an artist, curator, writer, and professor of art at Bethel University in Minneapolis, and is also serving as the juror for this year’s “Juried Student Show.”
