The Center for Diversity and Inclusion offers an interactive Diversity Training Institute that provides opportunities to increase cultural competency skills by integrating self-awareness, cultural understanding, ssocial justice education, confict maanagement, and leadership development to promote a campus culture where each person can flourish.
