About this Event

The survey evaluated employees' perspectives on credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Additional presentations in February and March will focus on how various segments of our Hope community experience differing levels of trust.
In October 2017, Hope College employees were invited to participate in the Trust Index Employee Survey. Over the next several weeks, we will be hosting a series of campus workshops to share the results of the survey with the campus community. We are hosting three different types of sessions;
Session 3 & 4: Demographic Results: We will explore how employees experience Hope as a workplace based on demographic differences such as faculty compared to staff, full time compared to part time, gender differences, length of time at Hope, etc.
Session 5 & 6: AHANA Results: We will examine how employees who identify as AHANA (Asian, Hispanic, African, Native American, or two or more races) experience Hope as a workplace.
We will present the same information at each of the three types of sessions. We are offering two sessions for each topic in hopes that more employees will be able to participate. We hope you will join us!.
