Engineering Summer Program in Germany

Description: This Friday, we are so excited to get the opportunity to share about our experiences in Germany with peers, faculty, and more. We hope to give a quick glance into what international travel through Hope College was like for us and to also touch on noticeable cultural differences during our time in Germany. We will also describe the nature of studying abroad in a foreign country, all while balancing academic rigor with fun weekend excursions taken by the entire group. The overall goal of our talk is to reflect on our time during the engineering study abroad trip and to inspire interested students in furthering the future of the program.     

Matt Bio: Matt is an electrical engineering major in his senior year. He is originally from Fennville, Michigan.

Clara: Clara is originally from Bloomington, Indiana in her Junior year at Hope College studying Civil Engineering and Mathematics.
