Food facility engineering is exciting, practical, and requires collaboration among numerous engineering disciplines. This seminar will include Steven’s experience as a mechanical engineer at an engineering firm that designs and builds food production facilities. Hear about the process from idea to final product. What oven specifications are required to bake large quantities of bread per minute? How many pounds of flour do you need? What are you going to do with all the bread once it is cooked? How will you store it and package it?
