Hope Theatre Fall Auditions will take place on Thursday, August 31 from 7-10pm and Friday, September 1 from 7-9pm in the DeWitt Main Theatre with Subsequent Callbacks on September 2-3. All are welcome to audition! No preparation necessary ("Cold readings" will be available) but our sophomore, junior, and senior majors and minors are encouraged to prepare 1 monologue and 16-32 bars of a song if auditioning for the musical. Bring 16-32 bars of clearly marked sheet music to your audition for the accompanist or send ahead of time to bales@hope.edu. Students who do not have sheet music can still audition for the musical by singing a song of their choice acapella, singing "Happy Birthday", or by selecting from two Broadway songs provided. An Audition Form must be completed 24 hours prior to your audition.
