The FYS and Senior Seminar Programs are co-sponsoring a Liberal Arts Lecture Series during the Fall 2017 Semester. The speaker on Tuesday, September 26 @ 2pm in Winants Auditorium is: Jeff Tyler, Religion. His lecture is titled: Be Clutch on Fall Break: Dazzle them with the Liberal Arts

Sponsored by the First Year Seminar Program, the Senior Seminar Program, the General Education Program, and the Associate Dean for Teaching and Learning, the Liberal Arts Lecture Series informs and enriches student and faculty perspectives on the liberal arts and a liberal arts education. The diverse speakers in the series lecture on the value, meaning, and purpose of the liberal arts as well as reflect on how the liberal arts have shaped their lives.
