Cheryl Gabriel is a consultant at Watkins Ross. Cheryl has been with the firm since 1987 and provides analytical and consulting services for qualified defined benefit plans and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.

Kylie Young is an actuary at Watkins Ross. Kylie joined the firm in 2015 and provides actuary services to  traditional pension plans, cash balance plans and other post-employment benefit (OPEB) plans.
