No advanced registration is necessary.

At this event, you will be able to meet with representatives from multiple school districts/organizations.  In a challenging job market, even a few minutes face-to-face with a recruiter can provide an edge in securing an interview over simply applying on-line. Your participation in this event is recommended.

Some recruiters may conduct short introductory conversations (3 – 5 minutes), while others may extend discussions to screen candidates more thoroughly (15 – 20 minutes). Each recruiter will determine how to structure their time.

Plan to:

• Do your homework.  Go here to view employers attending, career fair details, student/candidate parking information, etc.
• Bring multiple copies of your resume printed on high-quality resume paper.
• Dress professionally. A dark suit is preferable and don’t forget dress shoes.
• Arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. since some recruiters may leave early.
