Join us for a panel discussion featuring acclaimed author Natalie Dykstra and Hope College alumni Melanie Burkhardt '18, Hannah Jones '21, Aine O’Connor '20 and Sarah Lundy '19, who were part of the development of Chasing Beauty. They will delve into the process of research and experiences in the field as they traveled to Paris and Boston.

They will share their insights on how studying the humanities enriches our understanding of the world, fosters critical thinking, and cultivates an appreciation for the diverse expressions of human creativity.

The conversation will be moderated by Dr. Steve Maiullo, Dean of Arts and Humanities at Hope College. Take advantage of this chance to engage with former students and faculty who have become thought leaders and champions of the enduring power of the arts and humanities.

Virtual option is available.
